A leading company in the biotechnology industry is seeking a Process Development Engineer to join their team based in North Eastern France. As a Process Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and lifecycle management of standard chromatography products.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Process Development Engineer will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Perform or support process sizing for standard chromatography products.
2. Participate in design improvements of standard chromatography products.
3. Create or update P&IDs and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for standard chromatography products using PLM tools (Windchill).
4. Define process components required for the development and lifecycle of chromatography products.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Process Development Engineer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Process Engineering or equivalent.
2. Proven industry experience in the development of pharmaceutical equipment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with process simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB), P&ID/BOM creation tools (e.g., Visio, Creo Schematics), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision), and PLM systems (e.g., PTC Windchill).
