Procurement Project Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a Project Procurement Manager to join a leading engineering company based in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. As the Project Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing procurement strategies and ensuring compliance with corporate standards across major capital projects in the Americas region.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Project Procurement Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Define and implement project procurement strategy at stage gates.

2. Manage procurement activities for Long Lead Items (LLI) and the full procurement list.

3. Ensure compliance with procurement processes, tools, and standards.

4. Coordinate with Project Management, Category Leads, EPCm, and contractors.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Project Procurement Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.

2. Proven industry experience in project procurement within an international environment.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with MS Office, SAP, and Ariba.
