

ROLE OVERVIEW
Our client, a leading company in the bioscience industry, is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their team in the LOCATION area. As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in servicing the needs of clients in the delivery of cell culture media products. This role is pivotal to ensuring customer expectations are met and delivered according to the expected quality, timelines, and cost.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Project Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Act as the interface between the customer and our client to ensure execution and delivery according to expectations.
2. Understand the customer's needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site.
3. Serve as the primary internal contact for questions or issues regarding contractual obligations.
4. Operate according to program management training profile assigned processes and standard work to effectively manage projects.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Project Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Life Sciences, Technical, or Business.
2. Proven industry experience in collaborating with external customers and internal partners, including commercial, quality, and operations.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with managing information across a wide array of business systems (e.g. ERP, SFDC, Trackwise, DMS, Planview, SharePoint).
