Back to Job SearchWe are recruiting a Building Information Modelling (BIM) Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the BIM Specialist, you will shape and maintain global BIM standards, templates, protocols, and processes, ensuring consistency and excellence across various projects and sites.
This is mission initially until end of year with very likely extension and the available rate is €600-700 per day.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the BIM Specialist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the BIM Specialist, you will support the global BIM project by enabling consistent documentation, standards adoption, and implementation support across sites and project teams.
2. As the BIM Specialist, you will collaborate with BIM experts to develop, maintain, and continuously improve global BIM standards, templates, protocols, and processes.
3. As the BIM Specialist, you will translate BIM governance requirements into practical, reusable documentation for consistent application across projects and sites.
4. As the BIM Specialist, you will provide hands-on support to project teams in applying BIM documentation, workflows, and quality expectations in line with global guidance.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the BIM Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field such as engineering, construction, or architecture.
2. Proven industry experience in supporting BIM implementation, standards deployment, or information management documentation in project environments.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
