This role is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and offer a hybrid working basis (3 days from home).
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Medical Information Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will research and respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via multiple channels, ensuring high-quality customer service.
2. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will accurately document inquiries and responses according to standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
3. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints promptly.
4. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will support second-line activities such as escalation management and content creation for therapeutic areas.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a life science or healthcare field.
2. Proven industry experience in medical information or a related field.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with customer service, particularly in a medical context.
4. Fluency in both Dutch and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
