Back to Job SearchWe are currently recruiting an Associate Principal QA Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the Associate Principal QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and supporting a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the Quality Control (QC) and Development Services teams.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Quality Assurance Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Associate Principal QA Specialist, you will provide QA review, approval, and support for deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), change controls, investigations, and Out of Specification (OOS) records.
2. As the Associate Principal QA Specialist, you will review QA activities for Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) studies, pilot studies, and Development Services, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.
3. As the Associate Principal QA Specialist, you will manage and escalate critical compliance issues through the Quality Management System (QMS) and conduct audit trail reviews.
4. As the Associate Principal QA Specialist, you will lead process audits, support GMP audit activities, and maintain audit readiness to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory expectations and global quality standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Assurance Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a scientific discipline.
2. Proven industry experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Quality Management Systems and GMP compliance.
