Engineering Asset Program Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a Senior Asset Management Project Lead to join a forward-thinking global Asset Management Excellence organization based in a dynamic, regulated manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in deploying a new Physical Asset Management framework across multiple sites, driving long-term asset performance improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our client’s organization.

As part of an international and highly collaborative team, you will be instrumental in shaping and accelerating the adoption of innovative asset management processes, governance, and tools. You will engage with diverse stakeholders across engineering, maintenance, finance, IT, and leadership to ensure seamless implementation and strategic project delivery.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties as the Senior Asset Management Project Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Lead the deployment and integration of the global Asset Management framework, processes, and tools across multiple sites.
  • Manage and coordinate the asset management roadmap and project portfolio, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Drive strategic projects such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) initiatives, process improvements, and maturity assessments.
  • Monitor project progress, KPIs, dependencies, and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support engineering and maintenance excellence programs, providing guidance on asset lifecycle management and performance.
  • Act as a key connector between project teams, local sites, and governance bodies, facilitating collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead change management activities to foster adoption of new ways of working and optimize stakeholder buy-in.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Senior Asset Management Project Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

  • A Degree or higher level in Engineering, Asset Management, or related technical field.
  • Proven experience in program management within complex, multi-project environments, preferably in regulated manufacturing sectors such as pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical devices.
  • Strong background in Physical Asset Management, Maintenance, or Engineering, with an understanding of asset lifecycle concepts and operational to executive level communications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and priorities effectively.
