Back to Job SearchWe are recruiting a Portfolio / Project Control Lead to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Portfolio / Project Control Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of project control across global CAPEX portfolios.
This is an initial 6 month mission and available day rates are €680-760 per day. For exceptional candidates there could be some flexibility.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Portfolio Control Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Portfolio / Project Control Lead, you will consolidate and validate performance data across portfolios, ensuring accuracy in financial forecasts and cash-flow projections.
2. As the Portfolio / Project Control Lead, you will support the preparation of high-impact executive outputs, transforming raw data into strategic insights for senior leadership.
3. As the Portfolio / Project Control Lead, you will drive the day-to-day implementation of project control standards and manage service providers to ensure high-quality delivery.
4. As the Portfolio / Project Control Lead, you will maintain a consolidated view of portfolio-level risks, ensuring mitigation plans are documented and tracked.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Portfolio Control Lead, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Engineering, Project Controls or related discipline.
2. Proven industry experience in project/cost control within the pharmaceutical or a related industry.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Office Suite, Planisware, and Power BI.
