

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join a pharmaceuticals business based in the Hertfordshire region. As the Quality Assurance Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within the organisation. In addition, this role offers flexibility to work 3/4 days per week.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Quality Assurance Auditor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Conduct supplier audits of manufacturing facilities, laboratories, and quality systems to assess quality systems and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards including Good Manufacturing Practice, EMA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
2. Review and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures, batch records, validation protocols, and quality documentation.
3. Identify non-conformances, deviations, and areas for improvement; provide actionable recommendations.
4. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, observations, and corrective action plans.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality Assurance Auditor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a scientific or technical field.
2. Proven industry experience in quality assurance auditing within the pharmaceutical or dermal industry.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Good Manufacturing Practice, FDA 21 CFR Parts 210/211, ICH guidelines, and other pharmaceutical regulations.
