

We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Walloonie, Belgium. As the Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to support the implementation and continuous improvement of IT Compliance systems.
This is a mission initially until end the end of December 2026 and for the successful candidate, will offer between 640-720€ per day. This mission can offer hybrid working of three days per week from home.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Business Systems Analyst (IT Compliance) will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Business Systems Analyst, you will gather, analyse, and document business and compliance requirements related to IT validation and compliance processes.
2. As the Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with IT, Quality, and Compliance teams to translate requirements into system-ready functional specifications.
3. As the Business Systems Analyst, you will support the implementation and enhancement of compliance tools.
4. As the Business Systems Analyst, you will manage the assigned projects end to end, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Business Systems Analyst (IT Compliance) we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in business analysis, particularly within IT compliance.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with IT validation and compliance systems such as Veeva Validation Management.
