Back to Job SearchWe are recruiting a Regulatory Operations Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Brussels and Wallonia Regions, Belgium. As the Regulatory Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting, training, and assisting colleagues to ensure effective management of regulated content and regulatory information.
This mission is an initially until the end of year but likely for 12 months. The mission can offer hybrid working (3 days p/w remote with 2 days p/w onsite in either Brussels or Wallonia (Either is acceptable).
The available rate is €536 - €643 per day depending on experience.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Regulatory Operation Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Regulatory Operations Manager, you will provide first-line business support and end-user training for the global license tracking database and document management system.
2. As the Regulatory Operations Manager, you will correct data/content quality issues in alignment with published conventions and follow up with end users regarding identified issues.
3. As the Regulatory Operations Manager, you will perform quality control checks and proofread data entered into global license tracking and regulatory submissions databases.
4. As the Regulatory Operations Manager, you will author, review, and approve documents including validation deliverables, SOPs, release notes, user guides, protocols, reports, and FAQs.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Regulatory Operation Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience with Veeva Vault RIM, Regulatory Operations within the pharmaceutical sector and a knowledge of regulatory submission processes and data management
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with global license tracking databases and document management systems.
