

We are currently looking for a Team Administrator to join a dynamic team within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. This part-time position offers the flexibility of remote working and is ideal for someone seeking a role that combines coordination, communication, and administrative support at a professional level. The role involves supporting key events and assisting the team with various ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.

This is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and offers fully remote working.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Team Administrator will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
As the Team Administrator you will coordinate business travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics for internal and external stakeholders.
As the Team Administrator you will schedule meetings across different time zones, prepare relevant materials, and communicate effectively in English.
As the Team Administrator you will manage expense reports and update meeting trackers, agendas, and related documentation.
As the Team Administrator you will provide on-site support during events, including printing, IT assistance, catering, and room setup.
As the Team Administrator you will support the team with various administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Team Administrator we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Administrative Studies)
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, especially within a compliance function
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP and source clear software is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- As the Team Administrator you will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to support a busy team
