We are currently looking for an HV&E Manager, Migraine to join a leading biopharmaceutical company's global team dedicated to advancing innovative healthcare solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in health economics, outcomes research, or epidemiology to contribute to the development and oversight of evidence generation strategies for migraine therapies. Based within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in supporting scientific studies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data to inform healthcare decision-making.
This role provides a unique chance to work at the forefront of healthcare research, supporting a global team in delivering real-world evidence and health economic insights that directly impact patient access and treatment options worldwide.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the HV&E Manager, Migraine will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide administrative support to the migraine team, including managing project budgets, tracking invoices, and maintaining study documentation.
- Support the development and QC of study protocols, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
- Manage communication with vendors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and internal stakeholders; arrange study calls and handle ad hoc information requests.
- Oversee the management of real-world evidence (RWE) studies, including input into study design, analysis, and interpretation of results.
- Develop and oversee publication plans for research studies, managing manuscript development and submission processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for contracting and compliance processes related to study activities and external collaborations.
- As the HV&E Manager, you will ensure project activities meet strategic objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HV&E Manager, Migraine we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, health policy, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in research organization, preferably within pharma, academia, or consulting, with a strong understanding of health services research methods.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
