

We are recruiting a HVAC and Black Utilities Engineer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the HVAC and Black Utilities Engineer, you will work on a variety of challenging projects, ensuring the seamless integration of HVAC and black utilities systems across multiple sites.
This is an initial 1 year mission with possible extension and can offer hybrid working. For an experienced candidate, this mission can offer €650-720 per day.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the HVAC Specialist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the HVAC and Black Utilities Engineer, you will define and validate HVAC and black utilities technical solutions during design phases.
2. As the HVAC and Black Utilities Engineer, you will challenge and approve engineering contractor deliverables and technical specifications.
3. As the HVAC and Black Utilities Engineer, you will prepare and manage technical documentation and tenders, including supplier selection.
4. As the HVAC and Black Utilities Engineer, you will monitor construction and commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with quality, HSE, and sustainability requirements.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HVAC and Black Utilities Engineer, the following skills and experience are essential:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Extensive industry experience in HVAC and engineering projects within pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with tendering processes, technical specifications, and supplier management.
