

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to join a leading pharmaceutical company supporting a major campus transition project. This exciting role is based in the UK and offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant transformation initiative supporting the relocation of operations to a new campus. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple sites, tailored to project needs and organisational objectives.
This is a fixed-term position running until June 2027, ideal for a proactive and communicative professional with a passion for engaging employees and stakeholders through strategic communication and event coordination.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator will be varied, however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Support the delivery of stakeholder engagement and communication activities, ensuring consistent messaging and effective collaboration across impacted sites.
• Maintain and update stakeholder maps, engagement plans, and feedback mechanisms to reflect project progress and stakeholder concerns.
• Organise and support engagement sessions, town halls, site visits, and employee events, managing logistics and operational planning.
• Prepare and draft various project communication materials, including presentations, FAQs, updates, and newsletters, tailored to different audiences.
• As the Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator, you will act as the operational point of contact on-site,maintaining a visible presence at both the Slough and Windlesham sites to support on-ground activities.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher-level qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, internal communications, event coordination, or project support within a change or project environment.
• Experience working across multiple sites with strong organisational and logistical skills, complemented by excellent communication abilities.
