

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a CNC Programmer II to join a leading manufacturing organization based in the Ohio area. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a company known for its commitment to quality and precision in manufacturing.
As the CNC Programmer II, you will be integral to optimizing machining processes and ensuring that production standards are met efficiently and accurately. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic environment, supporting manufacturing excellence and innovation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the CNC Programmer II will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Coordinate activities of the Manufacturing Department in preparing programs for machining cells.
• Analyse drawings, sketches, and design data to facilitate the machining process.
• Create and maintain documentation, including tooling lists, set-up sketches, and process drawings.
• Design fixturing necessary for the machining of parts.
• As the CNC Programmer II, you will ensure that programming and manufacturing activities align with quality standards and production schedules.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the CNC Programmer II we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher level in a related field or equivalent trade school CNC Machining Certificate.
• Proven industry experience in CNC programming.
• A working knowledge and practical experience with CAD/CAM software, particularly Esprit, MasterCam, and Solidworks.
