We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join a leading manufacturing company based in the Ohio area. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of a dynamic industrial environment, ensuring operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing machinery, tools, and facility systems to support continuous production processes. Your expertise will be essential in safeguarding the safety, quality, and compliance standards of our client’s manufacturing operations.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Maintenance Technician will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• To ensure the smooth operation of machinery, tools, and utility systems within the manufacturing plant.
• Plan, execute, and document preventative maintenance routines on production equipment, HVAC, dust collectors, compressors, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, performing necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct maintenance and repair tasks involving pipes, plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock, and painting, in accordance with OSHA, EPA, GMP, and ISO standards.
• As the Maintenance Technician, you will ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all maintenance activities.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Maintenance Technician, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher level in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related).
• Proven industry experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• A practical knowledge of operating tools and equipment such as cutting torches, welders, grinders, and saws.
