

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to join a leading organisation based on-site. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our client's facilities, ensuring smooth operations and optimal functionality.
In this essential role, you will be responsible for liaising with contractors, managing facilities-related projects, and ensuring that all site activities comply with safety and quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Facilities Manager will be varied, however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day facilities operations to ensure all site needs are met effectively.
- liaise with contractors and service providers to facilitate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Manage and track facilities projects, providing updates and ensuring timely completion.
- As the Facilities Manager you will demonstrate strong steam experience to support operational needs related to steam systems.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Facilities Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience liaising with contractors and managing on-site operations.
- Extensive knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to facilities management, with specific steam systems experience being advantageous.
