

HRS are partnered with a growing, science-led preclinical research organisation to appoint a Pharmacology Scientist or Senior Scientist with strong expertise across translational pharmacology and immunology-based assay development.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll lead studies, contribute to experimental design, and support a broad portfolio of innovative therapeutic programmes.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver preclinical pharmacology studies, including model-based experimentation and data interpretation (e.g. PK/PD)
- Develop and run cell-based and immunological assays (T cells, NK cells, macrophages)
- Apply techniques such as flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, ELISA and qPCR
- Analyse complex datasets and communicate findings through clear reports and presentations
- Take ownership of studies and collaborate cross-functionally to support project delivery
What we’re looking for:
- PhD in Pharmacology, Immunology, Oncology, or related discipline
- Strong hands-on experience in preclinical/translational pharmacology environments
- Proven expertise in immune-based assays and cell profiling
- Comfortable managing studies end-to-end in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
