Global Access Strategy Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a Global Access Strategy Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation based globally, supporting their innovative asset and access strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to influence global market access initiatives and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a development role designed to shape future leadership in the industry.

This contract role offers a unique chance to play a pivotal part in the development and maintenance of payer evidence and value communication strategies, working at the intersection of cross-functional teams and external partners to drive successful asset access and evidence generation worldwide.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties as the Global Access Strategy Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Lead the development, maintenance, and timely delivery of core payer evidence and value deliverables such as Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), Detailed Assessment Reports (DARs), value narratives, and objection handlers, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to timelines.
• Support the creation and upkeep of payer evidence in line with the Market Access Strategy Summary (MASS), translating strategic directions into decision-ready, evidence-based materials.
• Identify evidence gaps and access risks, working with Health Economics and Real-World Evidence teams to inform evidence generation priorities and alignment.
• Assist in preparing evidence and value narratives for key asset and access forums, providing insights without owning governance or decision-making processes.
• Enable regional and local teams through the provision of globally aligned evidence tools, supporting local adaptation while maintaining consistency with global payer strategies.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Global Access Strategy Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

• A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Science / Health Economics / Outcomes Research / Market Access Strategy)
• Proven experience in market access, HTA, HEOR, outcomes research, or related roles within the (bio)pharmaceutical industry or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated capability supporting global or asset-level payer evidence or access projects, with a good understanding of payer and HTA decision-making processes in at least one major market.
