As an Injection Moulding Technician, you will be at the forefront of technical support and leadership, ensuring the highest quality standards are met with efficiency. This role involves a dynamic 4-shift cycle, providing a balance of day and night shifts that cater to a variety of lifestyles.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Injection Moulding Technician will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Oversee the injection moulding process from start-up to shutdown, maintaining safety and production targets.
2. Lead the charge in resolving process escalations, applying systematic problem-solving to ensure swift resolution.
3. Optimize tool set-up and changeover activities to meet production goals.
4. Collaborate with process engineers on new process setups and validation runs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Requirements

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Injection Moulding Technician, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. A relevant degree or certification in Mechanical / Plastics Engineering or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in injection moulding, with a preference for healthcare and high-volume automation.
3. Practical experience with a variety of plastics and mould types.
4. A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement principles.
