Project/Program Manager

Hyper Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a Global Energy Monster in Oklahoma who are seeking a critical hire into their rapidly expanding team.The Product & Project Manager will look after development projects through the entire project lifecycle. Introducing new features & new products, whilst focusing on stage-gate process.

Your duties as the Product & Project Manager will be varied however the key duties & responsibilities are as follows:

1.As the successful Product & Project Manager you will work through stage-gate product development, through planning, execution, control & close project to deliver scope across schedule, budget & quality.

2. Identify, prioritize, escalate, & facilitate the resolution/mitigation of project issues, risks, & conflicts within cross-functional project teams.

3. Manage tasks/deliverables or sub-projects from assignment to completion. Work with others in the PMO to develop work objectives, define & communicate scope, resources, & project plans.

4. Work with stakeholders expectations & engagement through executive-level reporting, project team meetings, frequent stakeholder updates & senior management reviews

5. Leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality, etc.)

6. Working extensively in new product development.

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Product & Project Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile & past history:

1. Direct work experience within the HVAC industry is preferred.

2. Bachelors of Science - Engineering or related fields.

3. PMP Certification is preferred

4. Must have worked with waterfall & stage-gate within a structure product development process.
