HRS aim to deliver recruitment excellence with all business activities offering a service of real value and we are looking for individuals who care about the standards in recruitment and the drive to help the further evolution of our company which has a unique blend of traditional recruitment practices with the most modern and cutting edge social recruitment routes.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with the drive and flair to help take one of our established recruitment desks to the next level. You will work closely with the HRS management team, of which we would like you to become a part of in time. A generous package will be on offer, including a target driven commission scheme, quarterly bonuses and both company wide and personal incentive rewards. Applications are particularly welcomed from recruiters who want to be a part of a company who are looking to raise the standard in professional recruitment. Prior recruitment experience is required at a Senior Recruitment Consultant level, or broad experience with the same business as a Recruitment Consultant. This is a hands on billing role with prospects of moving in to leadership roles, however the priorty is a biller and somebody who wants to be part of a company who make a difference, change lives and win!
